This web site. takes reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information once we have it. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected encryption software commonly used in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.

 

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desires our service, we will correct, update or remove your personal data provided to us in a reasonable period of time. This can usually be done by emailing us.

Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to ‘Opt-Out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, users who sign up to be a member , but don’t want any marketing material, can keep their e-mail address off of our lists.

The “Hip Dancers" Screen Saver (the "Software") is owned by Hair Innovation Professionals and is protected by international copyright laws.

2. LICENSE
Hair Innovation Professionals grants you rights to use the Software on a single user computer, or on a single terminal or workstation of a multi-user computer or local area network, or on multiple computers.

3. COPY RESTRICTIONS
A. This Software is copyrighted and is proprietary product of Hair Innovation Professionals. You may make copies of the Software for backup or archival purposes. All other copying of the Software is expressly forbidden.
B. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, copy, transfer, or other-wise use the Software except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

4. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This license will terminate automatically, without notice from Hair Innovation Professionals, if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon such termination, you shall destroy all copies of the Software.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY
The Software is supplied "AS IS". Hair Innovation Professionals disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

6. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Hair Innovation Professionals assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if Hair Innovation Professionals has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.

7. NO SPYWARE AND PERSONNEL INFORMATION COLLECTED
This software has been produced complied in good faith and contains no spyware or viruses. It does not capture, record or transmit any information about the user or the equipment it has been installed on.
